Duncan & Brooks was born from a passion for great hot sauce, made from fresh South Australian ingredients. 

It all started in our garden, where we (Lou and Jon) lovingly grow kilos of fresh chillies each season that are blended with premium local market garden produce to make sauces that are like no other. 

Environmental and economic sustainability is the core of everything we do. We’re committed to low food miles, sustainable growing practices, recyclable packaging, carbon offset shipping and fair pay for our suppliers, designers and couriers.
